Health recovery overcharged

I'm level 22 and my health recovery is overcharged I don't understand why when my mag recovery is 26 and Stam is 32 and they aren't overcharged.
Any help?

sully73✭✭✭That's base no enchants or anything it just seems weird that health is soft capped so low0

Lazarus_Long✭✭✭If you are wearing 7 slots of heavy armor and you have spent points in the heavy armor passive that grants health recovery per piece equipped then that might cause it. Check your jewelery too just to be sure. My level 21 sorcerer was over charged on mana regen when I switched him to all light armor but it only lasted till I hit level 22 and I haven't seen it since.
