Can we please be given the option to change login music?

New load screen music isn't bad, but the in-zone music is awful! Especially the moon sugar song they sing in the inns, I had to load up YouTube to cover that noise up.

All I want is to be able to adjust the volume of start up/log out music like you can in game.
Getting yelled at at night when I forget the music blasts after you log out. smh

Load music needs to change every 4 months once a year is rough. Was so sick of last two chapters music after 30 or so logins.

I guess I'm one of the weird people who really like the original music, including the boss music from the base game and the first update with Imperial City. I don't mind the music changes every now and then, but I certainly still have my favorites. IMO nothing else will ever truly capture the epic feeling of the original dolmen music!

What about the armor in character creation?
They changed the armor of all classes in character creation to being Khajiit centric only.

As a musician, I'd like to say that while this obviously would not be the most critical change we could ever get, it would be a nice quality of life enhancement AND would help raise awareness/give credit to the different opening music compositions that have been available since launch.

Why not? It still wouldn't stop people from muting, skipping, or playing alternate music in the background if you are sick of all of it.

a) you have yet to play it

b) it is so good you just had to find something to complain about.

I'd prefer an option to opt for login music choice as a dropdown box.

I like the original zone music each zone was released with, and the newer music being in the newer areas that had it.

Well, several of us had to suffer through the Summerset main menu music for a whole year - or not really, as we just muted the sound during log in.

The Elswyer music is gorgeous, very appropriate for the style of the new region, I think. To be given the option to change it would mean diluting the thematic presentation of Elswyer, but I wouldn't oppose more customisation.

I agree with the folks that like the original theme music. Would be nice to hear it again every now and again while playing. Variety is my hope, I can appreciate all of the background compositions, but would prefer that it be zone specific with random themes for start up and where appropriate. Hearing the new darker theme music a few times was cool, but I am already missing some of the older themes- especially the original theme from when ESO was a newborn baby.

I just realized how much i hate the greymoor theme. I dont even own the expansion, and now eso is being all edgy and emo (in its elder scrolls way).

Given how long the initial loading takes.. please do something about this. I went back and checked youtube for the prior ones, any of them will do.. just not the greymoor one.

... Yes i'll just be hitting mute i guess.

But it really should be said that this particular theme combined with really high loading times creates a double negative just as you're getting into the game. Doesn't need to be that hard.

I've been wanting the choice to pick theme music ever since they introduced new login music way back in Morrowind. Not because I've disliked the new stuff. I just would like the choice to choose. I must admit that Greymoor is the first theme music I haven't liked. It sounds more like zone background music than an actual theme.

I also think it would be cool when they do events for a particular chapter release if the game theme switched to that chapter's theme. Just as a audio cue that there's an event going on. I'm sure they are probably still on our systems. I would absolutely be choosing a different theme for this year. And won't be purchasing it on iTunes like I have every single other. Its very bad to me that I'd be shocked it was ever meant to be the main theme.

This and changing the mouse pointer (mine's too small) are the two biggest things I'd like outside of game playing changes myself.

Agreed. The combination of the dark and bland Skyrim character select screen and the music is quite unattractive.

I hope they go back to the alliance specific backdrops at some point.
