This is the year of the dragon. Where can I see them? Did not see them so far and would like them to be visible out there. Not just as a dungeon final boss.

pkuronen✭✭✭What I am really calling for is evolving of the static, self-repeating environment where a monster action number #nn gets triggered when you enter a trigger zone #yy. I was hoping that kind of behavior would get something new and exiting, not so predictable.
Put some new stuff to everyday environments, not just create another trigger zone with a scripted repeating action. As in dragon flying above you in random location somewhere in Tamriel (not just Elseweyr), possibly spotting you and chasing you. Or sometimes surprise player with a non hostile action. Really make dragons part of Tamriel.0
