Where are the dragons

This is the year of the dragon. Where can I see them? Did not see them so far and would like them to be visible out there. Not just as a dungeon final boss.

    I saw a bunch escape and fly away at a end of the quest, they where heading for guess where?

    They are in Elsewhere! yeah Elsweyr content with have dragons.

    its on overworld on elsweyr, they act as replacement for dolment/geyser

    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    I hope it'd be a dungeon themed around dragons, so there'd be a proper monster helm.

    What I am really calling for is evolving of the static, self-repeating environment where a monster action number #nn gets triggered when you enter a trigger zone #yy. I was hoping that kind of behavior would get something new and exiting, not so predictable.

    Put some new stuff to everyday environments, not just create another trigger zone with a scripted repeating action. As in dragon flying above you in random location somewhere in Tamriel (not just Elseweyr), possibly spotting you and chasing you. Or sometimes surprise player with a non hostile action. Really make dragons part of Tamriel.
