Personalities override fishing provisioning animation

If you have a personality activated, such as Heroic, when it animates it overrides the provisioning animation
The provisioning animation works fine while the personality is not animating, but as soon as it animates (such as an Idle animation) it breaks the provisioning one

All ok on PC though. Could be your connection or console issues.

Don't think it's connection issues; I'm on 300mb fibre with a sub-20ms ping, and this issue is consistent (it has been ever since Morrowind, possibly earlier).
I've seen it on both an Xbox One X and Xbox One (Day One edition), and other guild members have confirmed it happens to them too (on all Xbox models, including the One S).

Might well be a console only issue though, I don't have either a PC or PS4 to verify whether it happens there

I get the same bug every single time I go to fillet fish. PC NA
