Yup, bosmers got the worst racial nerf for sure... the stealth detection and roll dodge penetration are quite frankly bizarre and never should have made it to the PTS let alone actually make it into a patch. Literally anything else would have been better.

I'm curious as to what kind of stamblade you will build? Stamblades seem non threatening next patch due to the loss of fracture, minor berserk and defile. That's a 16% damage loss and a ton of pressure lost due to losing defile I'm not seeing where a stamblades killing potential will come from. It seems like stamblade will be overly reliant on the bow proc. It will also have a impossible time killing tanky targets without defile and no way to layer damage into one GCD. Dbos into the assassin's scourge maybe effective at killing softer targets though.

Nightblade is appealing because of its effectiveness when solo. Its kit is mostly single target and solo oriented. If any class was designed to be a lone wolf, this is it.

This patch nerfed that while aoe/group skills got buffed. DBoS, P.extraction, mark, ambush, etc.

But hey, sometimes that inner "nerd" comes out. You jump online and make generalizations to fuel your belief.

If you’re dueling or 1vX then stamblade got buffed.

Only the Xv1 stamblades got nerfed.

Yeah, suprise attack losing major fracture.. huge 1vX buff. Tiny penetration when attacking from behind/sides? 1vXers dream.

Now nbs can spam mark target. Clearly thats not something zerg surfers will do.

And major defile was never useful in duels. Plus with the loss of minor beserk thatll allow them to last even longer.

And lets not forget ambush now buffs damage for other people too.

all zenimax is capable of doing is nerfing things and making all classes homogeneous. I love this game but the combat mechanics and balance philosophy and direction they have been heading in since its inception is laughable. For pvp at least. And as someone said in another thread, just grab a bow if you want to pve endgame. This game went from being a sustain pvpers dream to dancing around poles and towers in circles over and over. Soon all classes will be identical and different in name, animations, and particle shaders only. They say theres a rush of players leaving wow to try this out, wait till they find out the dev team here is working as hard as they possible can to recreate the pvp mechanics of wow in this game. All about hiding behind pillars and running in circles.

Still playing my stam NB main, it's the only one I bother to do other chapters and dlc zones on, even if it's not always the most fun class to play. Nerfs don't bother me, since I only explore and do quests, only the skills on the bar change.

I rotate my other characters to play dungeons and event quests for fun.

Its not. If we are Talking score pushing in pve then no one was on the Level of nightblade dps until recently. This is a fact. In Parses until murkmire magblade dominated mag and stamblade dominated stam. Strange too that hodor is stacking only nightblades if sorcs are supposed to be that strong guess they dont know the meta

Obviously every class can clear every Content if the Player is skilled enough but the fact remains that nightblade has been the better dps if the nightblade Player and whatever class you want were on the same skill Level.

Edit: Soloing Group Content is not a good bench mark. I can solo Group Content on a dual wield 2h stamsorc, this doesnt make said dual wield 2h stamsorc a good dps build.
