This guild is a total time waste, do not bother applying to it. My wife diligently filled out the application form, having met or exceeded all of the guild's requirements. She was on the guild's server at the time specified by the guildmaster for a recruitment interview, contacted the guildmaster, and then waited while he interviewed all other potential recruits joining at the same time. After keeping her waiting for over an hour, he then decided to delay her interview by TWO MORE HOURS and then DID NOT SHOW UP at the specified time. After she sent him a very (overly imo) courteous message asking if she was not wanted in the guild and APOLOGIZING (for god knows what, because she apologises for everything) she returned to find that the guildmaster had BLOCKED HER from sending him any further messages.
She was looking forward to joining a guild that prioritized reliability, according to its extensive guild ethos on the website, only to find those values completely and utterly ignored by its guildmaster. Apply to this guild at your own risk.

Guild master doesn't block anyone. Most probably your wife left the Discord - when done so, you can't contact people unless they are in your friend list. If your wife didn't rush with leaving Discord, that wouldn't be a problem. Additionally, we interview applicants in order of application - your wife was one of last two applicants. Although it is sad I couldn't interview your wife today, I am also somewhat happy after seeing this kind of attitude. This definitely isn't what we are looking forward to in our guild. After all, noone in any guild is paid to do what we do, especially in a very structured and organized guild like Lodge - it's all about our availability. So... please grow a pair of pants!
