New Gold Seller Tactic - No In-Game Way to Report?

I managed to grab a screenshot with ye olde handy-dandy PrtScrn key, but the in-game reporting tool overlays and obscures what the guy is doing. And I don't see a way to attach screenshots to tickets from here on the website. Basically, they are now sending out group guild invites that are gold selling ads.

Maybe I'm just missing how to attach my own screenshot to a ticket in-game instead of the support system taking one for me? Or missing the 'attach screenshot' option on the website support?

If I'm just being incredibly dense, please point me in the right direction. If I'm not, can we either update the reporting tool to NOT obscure most of the screen, or put in a way to attach our own screenies?

Edit - apparently I don't recognize a guild invite when I see one?

Yeah I've gotten them also. Only way to report them is manually copy down the sender's @name and report them that way.

I have to wonder how many in the guilds are gold buyers and sellers. And how many just joined not realizing. I joined then quite immediately, one of the invites, and the guild had 200+ members and the gold seller was the guild leader. And it was an obvious gold seller name, the jumble of letters.

They are basically looking for easy items to mark up and sell, or steal out of guild storage to sell. And the people who join the guild knowingly or unknowingly are supporting them.

When you hit the decline button there is an option to report, but it is a little clunkier then reporting spam mails

This is what happens when they tie the "stores" to guilds.

I am sorry but I find this really hilarious.

I did not know that - I was afraid it would just disappear without a trace if I declined, so I just left it onscreen. It timed out while I was trying to hunt down a way to report it from the support link here.

You can Print Screen and then when you "attach Screenshot" in report, it'll be the image you Print screened.

It pulls whatever has the latest date per the default name? I will try this next time - it's gotta be easier than the bizarro runaround I just did.
