It’s not calling for nerfs. I’d say more like pointing out the hypocrisy of people saying incap is overpowered for NBs, all while running around with sword and board defenses and major defile + stun at will.

I’m on a MagDk and I run SnB but not using the skills. So noooo defile.
If silence remains and all my MagDk can do is block or run SLOWLY away or WHAT? And you nerf SnB I suppose I could operate siege in Cyro. Lol

Nah, being tanky on sword and board’s good. That’s the whole point, it’s just the offensive bits for cc and major defile I don’t like.
I’m not on a crusade to have it nerfed or anything, just replying with my view. I don’t play any stam yet (plan on making a stam necro) so likely am a little biased, but it definitely looks a bit overtuned. From what I see all stam pvp is all dodge rolling or S&B on one bar.

5 pieces of heavy should reduce your damage output by 8%, and while we're at it remove defile from reverb, and tanks really don't need increased healing received as a passive.
Heavy armor and one hand + shield should not have any damage buffs. Strictly survivability and debuffing. As things are now, you give up very little for the massive boost in tankiness. Tanks do not need to do damage. Keep the utility, but make it extremely unattractive to non-tanks.
5 pieces of heavy should reduce your damage output by 8%, and while we're at it remove defile from reverb, and tanks really don't need increased healing received as a passive.
Did you really just say that tanks, the main recipients of a healers attentions, shouldn't get increased healing received? Oh dear.

Less damage taken is increased healing received. Heavy armor has enough survivability without that passive.
