Because I cant swim underwater and pretend im an an ambush lizard manAnd I been doing my own fun RP feature of my argonian in Elder Scrolls III, IV and V, so having the diving feature would be super cool in ESO.

That's something I miss in ESO aswell. Who doesn't imagine their argonian fighting that way? Water ambush and poisoning must be in the first pages of their fighting handbook. Sadly ESO's game engine doesn't work that way. So no underwater swimming for us.
Though, speaking of swimming. I wish the argonians swam like crocodiles/lizards instead of that weird sidestroke everyone does.

Same. Especially if (on a non-argonian) you did that quest just outside the Imperial City to get a ring which allowed you to breathe underwater. It was a lot more fun when I could take my time exploring.
I enjoyed it in Morrowind as well, I spent literally days exploring the little islands off the coast and finding stuff hidden underwater. I didn't do as much underwater exploration in Skyrim, I think just because there were fewer large bodies of water and I never spent much time along the north coast. But it was still fun to be able to explore along the surface and then duck underwater to see what was there. I'd love to have that back in ESO.
...and here I thought it was the lack of "maid" costumes...Why I dont play Argonians...
...that is a bit of a vexation.I cant swim underwater and pretend im an an ambush lizard man

Limited to the land now... look at all that water! Ugh. Makes me sad. I love the underwater questing in GW2, it is SO much fun. They could put quests, gathering nodes, chests, and add breather gear we can make or limited time breather potions so we have to manage it or drown. I like the challenge of that, get what your'e doing done but watch out you don't drown LOL.
Yes that one hit me then I realized crocodiles in ESO could not swim.Well they can start with a crocodile swimming animation.
Now my problem with Argoians is that they are ugly, or like one guild mate said then we did world bosses for event boxes and moving from Murkmire to Orsinium. Cuter ladies incomingas in Orcs.
