Guild store is too slow.

Hello All,

any operation I want to do in the guild store requires 5+ seconds and it is driving me crazy. Does anyone one have the same issue? I tried both with addons and w/o addons.

    The delay is there for a reason, @OsManiaC ... to prevent item spamming and keep track of multiple player transactions.

    It’s not your bank where it’s only a single player making actions.

    5 seconds is nothing compared to real game issues like load screens, server de-syncs, and the lag boss.

    yes you are right there should be a delay or something else to prevent, that's why sometimes you are kicked when you send messages right?

    Unfortunately, sometimes it is going over 15 seconds or more. And it doesn't feel like this before.

    And sorry but, this is my problem, you can agree or not agree, but it is no one to decide on behalf of me. Some people don't like loading screens, some people don't like queues, for me, I don't like this.

    This is simple. You can open another topic for your problems. You cannot make your problems more important by attacking some other peoples view.

    Where am I attacking your view?

    I simply stated the reasons for the guild bank delay. Which are valid ... given what could happen if those measures weren’t in place.

    OP talks about guild store, not bank. These have delays that are definitely not mere anti-spam measure. They're taking anywhere from a few seconds to half a minute to respond to any action, be it opening the store, searching, buying or selling.

    Same problems. It got nothing to do with a item spamming or purpose delays. It started after the new DB and guildstore UI was implemented. Its bad coding. The server cannot handle multiple request. At peek times its way worser then in the morning....an other Zeni Eso failure 'upgrade'..... Oh same for guildbank....

    Except that this delay wasn't there before the rework of guild stores with last update. Prior to said update, I never had a "error - could not load search" or however it's worded when the delay is so long the store simply can't display anything. I used to be able to post something on the guild store without a several seconds long delay between the moment the item is selected and the moment I could press "list". Never before that update did the guild store return me to search page when I'm trying to list an item. And I could go on.

    Simply put, the store is broken, and I'm pretty sure it IS related to the issues you're mentionning.

    Also, the delay on guild bank, since you mentionned it too, is most likely not intentional. If it were intentionnal, it would be a constant delay. When storing items in the guild bank, I can sometimes spam the "store" button and get items stored, and sometimes even the first item will get "waiting on previous request", even when tehre was NO previous request, and I can wait for about 30 seconds... Any situation in between exists, too. So, no, it's not intended, and no, it's not "nothing compared to lag" and whatnot. It IS lag.
