I must precise that many times my group seems a pre made, but it's just a good random group (sad at the end).

Note:
Other times I play with my Gf, a sort of pre made of 2, never of 3 or 4, so I understand the situation.

Oh, and all games (MMO) are the same, if you have friends and comunication then you have an advantage.
NOBODY is stopping you from doing that.

Patch notes have introduced a bigger step into MMR this patch to put premades with premades more. Can onLy go so far tho and still get fast queue pop.

I say use another motivation. Have a pre-made ranking leader board. With prizes, names teams. That way the guys really on it will go there as good players don't enjoy pug stomping as it is. Win win.

I'm sure premade queue will work.
There are many players who like to play in group. Even to die in group. To create like "meta" for 4 man groups.
But system doesn't allow such groups to fight with relevant enemy for sure.
Part of them enjoy to stomp pugs. They will not enjoy to die from really skilled groups. But it's a must.
To learn or die like a randoms from them before. Same as system of prisons doesn't alow different garbage to make trash in usual life. Or at least ro repeat do it.
Another part...Well they do GvG in cyrodiil or fights as small scale groups vs zerglings.
Population in general is much bigger than we see now. Current system is not competitive

Premades should only be pitted against other premades....or it will be really frustrating

The "worst possible strategy you can do" is to charge headlong into a pre-made without any advantage in your favor. Lambs to the slaughter comes to mind, because that's usually what's going to happen. Random teams need terrain advantages to have any chance against an organized PvP team.

Deadly premade will overheal whole your ranged damage. Even if all 3 your teammates same ranged and u will focus same person from their team. And they can increase the distance when they want to avoid some burst. U're locked there. If someone jumped down - hello bro, goodbye bro. In any case such group win match.
