It would be a much better idea to have the ability to lock them like we can lock weapons and armor.
So zos, can you please make it so each time you learn a blue or superior furnishing recipe the game actually asks you if you are sure about it? Because you know, you might be opening boxes, you press the button one more time and boom, 160k *** gone.
I mean seriously, wtf zenimax? How can you not think of stuff like this??
Same thing for motifs, it's baffling that you did not think of this, and it;'s been 2 years, TWO YEARS.
Yes i am pissed, because this is pretty basic stuff that is already implemented in the game, and it would prevent stuff like this from happening, so yea, it is also zos fault for not thinking about this, i just lost possibly 200k because of this garbage, not only that but it's also 100 % worthless because it's not my main crafter.

I've done this a few times these past few weeks... lol. I wish the selection bar wouldn't jump up to it because I'm in the opening up boxes mindset when it does.

I know many people want all the possible achievements on every character... well isn't it cheating that goal if you are just given something on Pete, just because Paul got it?

It was still you the person playing the account who got the achievement... Really, people? You have nothing to add to the conversation except dismissive and smart aleck responses? Yeah, because we don't already have random characters that have certain skins, dyes, and even motifs not actually earned on that character.
For the people worried about the prices of things going down because of recipes being account-wide... I have yet to meet someone who has multiple crafters of the same profession where they're after all the motifs and recipes just because. Most if not all only need or want furniture recipes, motifs, and food recipes for that one character that they need it on. I don't see how that would affect your farming. It'd just make using and keeping track of what you know or still need to learn easier. As we get stuff we'd see right away if we needed it or not. If we accidentally used something it'd be no big deal because if we were allowed to use it we obviously needed it. Not... "Oh crap I thought I was opening a box and accidentally used a recipe this person who is the character I needed to use it on!" Or, something expensive we already know on the appropriate character but used it on an alt accidentally. Something we could've sold for a nice sum.
