Streak is reliable...on flat terrain without any obstacles and when sorc is not immobilized and enemy dont have gap closers. Streak is reliable, cloak is not. I do agree that invisibility is too effective (when it works) though.

My guess is not many, and that most people find stealthers frustrating because pre-emptive attacks are often the most neglected consideration when building a characters defenses. The counters exist, there are all kinds of things... a single ability that when slotted negates the power a nightblade is supposed to hold, at least conceptually.
People who played a magNB a while know that one of the biggest costs to having cloak, or just being a magNB in general is that as a class it's much harder to play than others... well, used to be. MagNB for the most part has been officially 'casualized'; the cloak at this point is just bells and whistles. Currently, the most popular magNB build out there doesn't even use shadowy disguise, it uses dark cloak, which doesn't go invis. But they nerfed that, too.
