How to save ESO Wallpapers?

Recently, no matter what PC I am on, I cannot save any of the ESO wallpapers as an image, just as a webpage. This only relates to the wallpapers so it's not a PC issue afaik. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix or is it a bug?

Are you obtaining ESO wallpapers from https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/media/category/wallpapers/ ?
Switching to a different web browser may give you the option to download the ESO wallpapers as jpeg files again.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios

Hi, thank you, that did work to an extent - I could download them as a bitmap file, although my PC wouldn't recognise it but I managed to change to Jpeg and I imagine that's an issue on my OS.0
