Hello! 
So, I am going a bit insane now with the crowns on pts not updating. It's been months, and I was really looking forward to testing out these new homes in Elsweyr, but I cannot even purchase Jode's Embrace, because I don't have any crowns.I know that everything is 1 crown on pts, but after so many months, those that we had only stretch so far. Lots of people are very low on crowns or completely out of them because they haven't been refreshed for months and months. I only need 1 crown to buy this house, and it is very frustrating! Even trying out the new furnishings was a pain, because I had to get people to send me the items individually as a crown store gift! I am almost to the point where I am considering buying crowns for the pts, if this is even possible, because I REALLY want to test out this house!
Please, ZOS! Refresh our crowns! They used to be refreshed daily, I have no idea why they aren't refreshing any more! I have a friend who has hundreds of thousands of them on pts too, which is also very strange! I'm starting to think that every bodies crowns are going to him each day

LotusWyvernSoul ShrivenMaybe they actually are! I logged in for the first time yesterday and I only had the standard 500 crowns, but then I came to these forums and learned I was supposed to start out with 5,000. Very strange....hopefully the update they are doing in the morning will fix things.1 -
AJ_133✭You can't buy crowns for the PTS. I've had the same problem with not getting any crowns outside of the initial 500. I bought a 750 pack twice and they apparently went to a live account I didn't have. As of today the crowns are still not refreshing. I uninstalled the PTS waiting until it'll get fixed.1 -

Well that is a shame, thanks for letting me know that! I was about ready to try buying crowns to see if that worked! It makes it extremely difficult to test anything on the PTS without crowns! It's a shame because I was so looking forward to testing out Elsweyr, particularly the houses and new furnishings, but with all homes that are released these days being crown only, I can't even purchase a home on pts right now for 1 crown. It is very frustrating

✭✭I thought the crowns refreshed daily on PTS.
They used to, but they haven't for months now. I contacted ZOS about it, and I thought that they may have been refreshing them on Monday, because they asked questions about it, including the names of those affected. I told them that everybody was affected, but gave the names of others I know who are having problems because they have run out, or are close to running out, but Monday came, and still no crowns.
The housing community is affected the most by this, as it takes allot of crowns to decorate homes on the pts. I realize that we get many furnishing plans given to us, but as crowns used to refresh daily, people became accustomed to purchasing everything from the crown store when testing out new homes, or trying ideas for existing homes before purchasing them on live. We had no idea that ZOS would stop refreshing our crowns when we spent them so flippantly, because they always have refreshed in the past, and now many people are unable to test out the new houses, or anything at all really, with ease at least.Sorcerer, Templar, Wolf Collector, Housing Addict!

I heard back from ZOS yesterday, and they said that our crowns will be refreshed today/tomorrow. It was a technical issue of theirs, the crowns are apparently supposed to be refreshing daily as before, and will be doing so again within the next day or two! Sorcerer, Templar, Wolf Collector, Housing Addict!
