Chill, BruceChillis. Might not be a ZOS problem, considering that there have been known PSN issues today with several games affected for people in certain locations.
People are so unreasonable, entitled, and prone to knee-jerk assumptions these days. It’s unreal.
Maybe if they had open lines of communication people wouldn't be so mad. We pay a lot of money for our services and when they don't work correctly guess what... we STILL pay. So yeah it's going to ruffle feathers.

When you deal in online-only games, server uptime is of critical importance. We’re going on 12h now. That’s not acceptable. Wouldn’t be any more acceptable if this were a restaurant that had no electricity or capacity to serve food. Although in that situation the owners could get creative by emptying the fridge and serving what they had on hand. With GaaS you’re just screwed.
People aren’t entitled, they’re just annoyed that a service they pay for and which hasn’t no alternative isn’t working.2 -
