It’s still going on here. Can log in on EU fine, but I’m getting the same error on NA, as is my Aussie gaming buddy.

Hate to hug them at this hour, but maybe @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom can ring an alarm for us since it’s still not working.

Can NOT log into the North American PlayStation®4 megaserver, the ere is not a fix working tried 5 times already rebooting everything only for the screen to say FAILED to log in! 7:03am Eastern DST.

Clearly the issue is NOT resolved. Can you guys at least acknowledge that and change the banner to "Hey we know, we are working on it" instead of making us all restart our systems over and over again?

I guess their good technicians won’t wake up until a few hours later, been 5+ hours can’t log in at all, longer outage than weekly maintenance, and ZOS not even notice it’s still broken.

Just curious, but what would be the point of logging in to the EU server if your NA toons aren't accessible from there?

Seems safe to say the PS4 NA population affected by this PSN outage is frustrated. Understandably frustrated. The issue appears to be on Sony’s side, however, so I think we just have to wait until they get it resolved.

I can log into other games, use the psn store, log into EU servers in fact I seem to be able to do everything but play ESO on the NA servers that doesn't seem like a psn issue to me...
No matter time to eat some breakfast and go out and buy some groceries, hopefully it will be resolved by the time I get back.
