Maintenance for the week of January 19:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – January 19
• NA megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 15:00 UTC (10:00AM EST)
We will be performing maintenance for patch 11.3.1 on the PTS on Tuesday at 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC).

[REWARD] Chapter (or rarely, the full book) for your Alliance's Motif

This should be opened up to any Alliance's Motif, for an alliance loyal player there is no way of earning other alliance's motif's.

    I forgot about the Jubilee boxes, mainly because I've never seen one drop although I know they are in the RNG.

    And I didn't include guild traders or swapping with other players as that is not earing it from doing the event.

    Eh, I don't think it's fair to not include player interaction as a mechanic in an MMO--and these motifs become dirt-common during the event, so it's not exactly a difficult interaction, either.
