I logged on today and the character I established a couple weeks ago is gone and I am only presented with the option to create a NEW character.
Why is this?

Imza✭✭✭✭every time zos puts new content on the pts server it is given a complete reset.
you can create a lvl 50 toon with max cp by using a template If I recall it is at the top left of the creation screen

No, all characters on the PTS get deleted permanently with every reset.0 -

Eventually you'll get another copy of your live character on the PTS but any progress you made on the PTS is always lost when a new cycle begins.DeathStalker_X wrote: »Oh! So it's just a delay before the character will be added back?
The only time the PTS was permanent was during the super secret in-house Psijic Order beta from October 2013 to PC launch April 2014 were a select few had access to the PTS for 6 months straight.

Imza✭✭✭✭most people that use the PTS use the template to make a character and to try out the new stuff - that's ideally what it is for
