No Lyris

I got them all and I have extras. If you're on PC NA, let me know. I think I have a couple extra sab/gaunt/axe across my toons, not entirely sure what all I have. I also have extra prophet pages.

I've been busy recently and almost couldn't play for the last two evenings. Yesterday I had time to run only 2 daily quests and suddenly got the last missing piece from those 2 boxes (girdle). ^.^

I can't find verification of this, but I've been informed by other players that the styles will still be locked to their original origin sources, even on week 5. This means that we'll still have to do WB/delve dailies to get Lyris pages, we'll just have to do them in addition to doing PvP and dungeon dailies. If this is correct and the drop rates aren't fixed, this SUCKS.

On PTS every style could drop from any activity in week 5.

On average, the droprate of Lyris pages is about the same as Prophet pages, 1 in 10 or so.

The difference is that while we can farm 7 Prophet boxes in just a couple of minutes, and binge open them, with Lyris boxes it actually takes time and effort to get a single box, and getting 7 will likely take well over one hour of running around and sharing quests. The rate at which we get Lyris boxes is therefore a lot lower, which makes the droprate of their rewards feel a lot lower.

Last time I looked at the count I had 10 Lyris pages from 117 Lyris boxes. At the same time, I opened around 500 Prophet boxes so that is a LOT more rewards by comparison, explaining why everyone is swimming in Prophet pages but not Lyris pages.

The one thing that bothers me is the fact that some people are reporting having only a single type of rewards in their boxes. I have registered all the boxes opened and not one had only 1 reward. Even the crappiest ones had like 10 Alkahest and 5 Clean Pelts. The fullest ones had a Desecrated dust, two different crafting mats, and Transmute Crystals. Perhaps addons are auto-looting some type of reward without people noticing?

Off-topic: 625 boxes open, zero Worm cult pages. I must have p!ssed Molag Bal off for sure

I managed to get 5 Lyris ...sold some doubles and swapped some with a friend. I'm missing 2 to complete my set and also missing 2 tharn to complete that set. Not doing well on the pledges. I gave up today.

This has been proven completely wrong. Very few people spamming zone chat to sell them, which shows some rarity. Ruining an event by going from a flood to a trickle is not smart.

I've got several I sent to my 2nd account. I will sit on them a few months then try and sell them. Others might be doing the same thing. Kind of a small window of opportunity for good profits during the event.
