Poisoned and Burning status effects - bugged scaling

Hello,
I noticed that on PTS both Poisoned and Burning status effects are scaling with your highest max stats. However, Poisoned status effect is supposed to scale with Max stamina and Weapon damage regardless of your max magicka and spell damage. The same is true for burning scaling only with max magicka and spell damage.
I didn't noticed anything about it in the patch notes, if it's there than I am sorry.
It's pretty confusing, because from my tests, I achieve the highest parses on stamina character with Fire enchant on bow.

✭✭They should not only scale with highest stat but should not be affected by CP as well so people can be free to use the enchant which more fits the character. If I want to wield a flaming sword why should I be denied by some dumb scaling design?Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.0 -
sneakymitchell✭✭✭✭It’s supposed to do that. Makes it so you can use a fire enchant and it helps give out more magic recovery back when it procs especially the poison for Stam. The_Last_Titan✭✭✭interesting. i mean it probably would be a good change if they looked into what enchants were over performing and under, i mean if every stam starts using fire, or lightning its an indicator to maybe buff poison etc..

MaselClass RepresentativeIt has always been that way. Status effects always scaled dynamically. You can go for a flame enchant and a poison enchant on a stam DK for example to make double use of the passive that boosts status effects.PC EU
