What is this "retrait stone" mentioned as a possible Undaunted Event reward? Does it change an item's traits?
I went to a transmute station on the PTS and there wasn't any obvious place in the UI to use one. Is it something that can be used without a station? What does it do and how does it work?
And how does ZoS expect people to test it?
