The "Working Cook's Recipe Book" seems pretty strong for a moment.

But actually it seems to only provide a limited number of recipes, I presume the ones that are used for -- crafting writs? Master writs as well?

That seems fine. The tooltip could be a little clearer, however.

I was wondering about this myself. Is it intended to go live this way?

I just used it on a character who knows very few recipes, and it seems to teach only green ones.

Interesting. Maybe they should make the book a green level item then.
