What causes a lot of this stuff is a good test period you cant test something for a few eeks and expect the best, you have to do extensive I haven't seen that. I also have never seen a ZOS staff on the test server at any point and time to test there own product.0 -

Never seeing a ZoS staff member on the test server does not mean that they never do.

I personally am unaware of the reality of this, but taking into account PTS stands for Public Test Server, one could suppose there is a private testing environment. What difference would it make if an employee was testing the product in front of you? Good feels?#AlmostGood@ESO1 -

As somebody who does both PVE and PVP, I accept any downtime if it is necessary to fix issues...….

Then explain why when all a Player wants to do is collect Skyshards is always chased by PVP players with other PVP player around ignores theme just to kill the PVE player.

Not good feels called quality if there is no extensive testing of any kind even on PTS or staff there to address it when it does happen then maintenance will continue and a broken will too that simple.0 -

Nothing personal but they just complain there too don't get me wrong if you have actual maintenance please do but not to correct a something you broke cause you didn't extensive testing in the first place.0 -
