So I submitted a support ticket on Thursday regarding a purchase problem I had as I bought a 21000 crown pack a couple hours before the sale went on and I was wondering if I could get a partial refund.
I hadn't recieved much communication regarding the ticket until today where I got a response from a lady saying they could not do a partial refund but they could put 14000 crowns into my account instead. This sounded great to me so I accepted
. Then I got a response from different person saying that they tried but because I was playing the game they couldn't do it, and to let them know when I was able to come off. I came off and let them know so they could put the crowns into my account.
Over an hour went by and I got a response saying the support ticket is being passed onto a specialised team so I can recieve the best possible outcome for my case.
I do not understand what has happened, I was perfectly happy with the proposed solution so I already had the best possible outcome? It's now going to take a lot longer for my issue to be sorted
Id be so incredibly grateful if I could get some clarity on this process as it has left me confused of what is happening and why things are being moved to another team
