The whole idea of this skill remains useless.
A heal that requires a target to stun with an awful projectile is ridiculous.
The percentage heal is ridiculous
The change was ridiculous
Please revert this skill to how it was before, we asked for a stun but not to remove one of the magicka warden's main abilities. No one likes this new skill and in all the months its been in the game, I am honestly yet to see anyone use it or be stunned by it myself. Seeing a magicka warden is rare enough tbh.

As long as zos makes it a true AOE damage over time when it comes to procing chilled, the way it was, it was acting like a single target direct damage ablity.0 -

As long as zos makes it a true AOE damage over time when it comes to procing chilled, the way it was, it was acting like a single target direct damage ablity.
well they have been aligning a lot of abilities towards an aoe/dot damage standard so why not do it here too0
