Dagger & Axe - does it matter which one is in your main hand?

I've got several sets where I have a dagger and an axe, missing the second dagger. If I am going to run Nirn main hand and precise off hand does it matter if the axe is primary or secondary.

i.e.
Nirn dagger main + precise axe off hand
or
Nirn axe main + precise dagger off hand

I would assume its just the bleed proc, anyone know if there is any difference between these two setups?

Thanks,

Idk, but if the axe is temporary, nirn the dagger and leave the axe. When you do get a second dagger, it might be a teait worth keeping, but it wont be nirn.

That's my plan as long as it isn't lower dps for some reason, I don't want to off hand the axe if it will proc the bleed at a lower rate. Everything else should be equal. But if axe off hand is lower dps for some reason I will nirn the axe keep it as primary then just nirn the next dagger if I ever get it.

    No. It does not matter.
