Why i'm not getting any Event Tickets?

There's already 4 days that i do not get any, i just notice now when i was going to take a Luminous Indrik Feather that i had only 2 Tickets, even if a eat the cake everyday in-game
So i want to know what you're going to do to fix my problem

✭✭✭✭✭There’s been some bugs with the cakes. Open a support ticket as they suggest. I had an issue where one of my toons couuldnt eat the cake at all. It would activate the cool down but no cake would appear. Had to relog to get it to work. But if you eat the cake and don’t see any tickets appear as loot then don’t wait days to try relogging or switching to a different toon to see if you can get it to work. -
yRaven✭✭✭✭I tried with my second character didn't work either, maybe it was a Addon, i use Smarter Auto Loot, i will try tomorrow and see if i get, if i can get i will update this postJack of all trades. Master of at least one.

NeeScrolls✭✭✭Confirmed today that was Smarter Auto Loot Addon that prevent me from getting the Tickets,
okay so.... LOL /bonk self ... i just realized the reason why i wasn't getting the 'event tickets' was because....i'm a NEWB lol...ugh...i wasn't actually exiting out of the Collections window to CLICK (use) the CAKE
Go ahead, flame away at my stupidity!
I'll edit/delete my above earlier post. sheesh, sorry everyone!

Put the Cake on Quickslot items, so you don't need to open Collections window
