Hello! I wanted to play Elder Scrolls Online with my friend one week ago but when he logged into game,he was supposed to enter access code.He checked spam and other folders but he didn´t receive code.He need to change email but problem is that he doesn´t remember answer for security question.He sent ticket to Bethesda support but after 1 week he received no answer. He just need to change answer to security question to change email.Changing email would also help him (maybe) with getting access code.
