Thoughts on Nordens (Nord Wardens)

For PvP or high DPS builds there are certainly better options on paper for a Stamina Warden, though for tanks Nords would be decent.
My initial suspicion is that if you wanted a good stamden PvP or PvE DPS build with a Nord, you would just use less gear/glyphs aimed at things like resistance bonuses and instead load up on stam regen and weapon damage to make up the difference offered by other racials.
But, that's just my general thought on the matter. I've got no actual experience with either Nords or the stamina variety of Warden, so if there's any insight or advice let me know. I was thinking it would be fun to try a Nord and a stamdem (so why not both together?) but wasn't sure what I would be getting into.

✭✭✭✭Not a ''norden'' but I have a nord DK which I play with medium armor. Nothing like having capped resistances in medium armor, without sacrificing a 5 piece set for it. When my blood spawn procs I go way over resistance cap but considering major breach&resistance, thats not always a bad thing.
On the negative side of things, I get no racial sustain like redguard or damage like orc , which hurts. But I run 1-2 protective on my Orc when I go medium, so on Nord I go 2 infused instead, which almost makes up for the weapon damage I lost by not going Orc.
So nord is not perfect, but definitely a viable option. Since DK and warden are so similar when it comes to stamina PvP builds, I thought my experience could help you aswell.Edited by Ragnarock41 on April 20, 2019 6:40AM0 -
