Not every class has access to major fracture so not sure why OP suggest that the Sorc needs it. I do not think we need to homogenize classes and start giving all classes access to a buff/debuff just because one class has it.

I am not suggesting OP is wrong overall, but this point is out of place.

Nightblade - Surprise Attack (Soon being changed to a different resistance debuff, but also gaining minor vulnerability)
Stamplar - PoTL (minor fracture, but considering the burst potential of this skill major would be overpowered)
    Dragonknight - Noxious Breath
    Warden - Sub Assault

It's not about homogenization. It's about giving stam sorcs what they are owed. Fracture/armor debuffs are a standard debuff that all classes have, except stam sorc.
All classes have access to major resolve and major ward. Is that a problem? Should we take that away from Hurricane because other classes have it too?
So no, I'm afraid asking for access to fracture is not out of place.

Stamsorcs don't get fracture but get A LOT of damage passives. This game is built in a way that not every class has access to every single buff&debuff in the game.

Stamsorc does need help but they do not need even more free damage built in to their kit. They already have a lot of that. What would I give to stamsorc? Maybe a morph of overload , specificly reworked for them.

You're right, they have 5% increased physical damage, then the passive that gives them more damage for each sorc skill slotted, but honestly, how many sorc skills do you slot on one bar with a stam sorc?
Warden has the same thing, but it's so much easier to fill your bar with animal companion abilities. They also get minor berserk just for having bird of prey on their bar.
Stam sorc is outshined by everything.

So is stamDk if you compare it to stam wardens. Nothing shines compared to stam wardens in perfect honesty. they get the best tooltips, best healing of all stamina classes, synergize the best with weapon skills, can be viable using any type of weapon, and can even build as a stamina healer.

I guess you see the point. I don't think more passives is what stamsorc needs, its more active skills, and honestly a damn buff to medium armor & weapon skill lines in general, since both of these classes rise or fall with weapon and armor skills&passives. (obviously stamDK is lucky here cause heavy armor SnB are both strong and synergize great with Dk, but medium armor and 2h/bow ? not as viable, which would be what I run on a stamsorc.)

So what would fix stamsorc? I don't know, a damn buff to 2 handers? What would give them real identity? definitely not major fracture, as in group play its already provided to you by a Dk or warden. More stamina morphs is the way to go in my opinion.
