Where do you think the Q4 DLC will finish up?

I remember, at one point, there was something Rich or someone said that had me convinced that during Q3/Q4 we would follow a storyline that would set Dragons loose in all of Tamriel. I've since changed my mind on this after hearing him discuss just how much work it took their team to get Dragons to behave and animate, fly and land, in areas in Elsweyr. From how he explained it (I think it was on the 5 year anniversary stage), it sounded like it would be near impossible to get the same thing to happen with Dragons in older zones. None-the-less, I have spent half the day today looking through old footage trying to find what he may have said that convinced me otherwise. I am coming up with nothing.

Was anyone else suspicious that dragons were coming to other areas of Tamriel later this year? Does anyone have a link to the interview/comment that had you convinced? If so, I would love to see it. It's hurting my brain not being able to remember why I was so sure of this, before.

I'm puling for Cyrodiil. I would be overjoyed if there was a post-Daedra Imperial City DLC, but I know that's just a pipe dream...

Generally speaking the Q$ is mostly if not already completed. They are currently working on Next years content

During the early hype, they most certainly talked about all of Tamriel fighting dragons. They said it during streams. It was stated on Elsweyr promotional articles. I feel that it was all merely purposefully misleading statements to help build the hype train.

Yeah, technically all of Tamriel will be fighting the dragons, but only in the sense that players from all over Tamriel (the 3 factions) are heading to Elsweyr to fight them. I truly doubt it will be anything more than that.

Well, that and do you all remember that pre-Elsweyr quest to the Halls of the Colossus and the daily Elsweyr prepper quests? You know, those nonsensical quests where you had to go to random alliance zones to train a khajiit soldier by dragging them around while you smashed spiders or skeletons? There you go. That was all of Tamriel's contribution to helping fight the dragons.

Something befitting to the end of of the "Year of the Dragon". I doubt it will be cats again. My guess, we will be visiting some Imperial settlements.

Spoiler warning for elsweyr:

Once you defeat the final boss of elsweyr (Gael the Slave-Cat), you deliver the blood of the Dark Mane to the little Argonian painter girl in Whiterun, so she can paint a new DLC. I predict the next Expansion will take us into the painting, to explore Sekiro, the south-western corner of Akavir.
