I had to reinstall both ESO and the PTS from buying new beefy harddrives. The Access Code that is supposed to be emailed to me so I can "authorize" this computer isn't being emailed.

✭My code took like an hour to show up.
I didn't participate in any of the previous PTS; in fact, I never played any PTS and after my code FINALLy showed up, I could get in just fine.

picnicPirateSoul ShrivenAm I correct that in order to access Elswyr PTS, I would need to have purcahsed the xpac prior? Because the email says elsewise.
