I understand PvP players that are frustrated if NB starts underperforming.
However, PvE players nearly lost nothing. Actually they got a small nerf and a small buff.
Incapacitating Strike:
- Loss of Major Defile. No effect in PvE anyway.
Relentless Focus:
- Loss of Minor Berserk. Healer provides it anyway. No loss.
- Loss of Minor Endurance. The only actual nerf. A small sustain nerf.
- Addition of healing. Small buff, not that big, maybe useful in PvP.
- Extended duration. Nice buff, makes the rotation easier.
Surprise Attack:
- Loss of Major Fracture. Tank provides it anyway. No loss.
- 5% Penetration. A small buff.
Of course, everything I stated here applies only if you're a DD. I think tanks got a huge nerf. NB Tanks weren't great anyway and now their healing is much worse. If they really wanted to nerf Dark Cloak, somehow they should have nerfed it only for PvP without affecting PvE. Actually they should buff NB Tanks.
Conclusion: PvE NBs got small nerfs but also some small buffs so there is nothing bad in a group setting. They were only nerfed in vMA (And maybe no healer runs). Trials & Dungeons are no different, actually they might be dealing a bit more damage than usual since all the nerfs are compensated by group members and they got some small buffs.
Unless you PvP, your complaining is nonsense.

Nightblade tanks are complaining about the upcomming nerf on cloak, that is our only burstheal.

@MrBumblefoot I was about to agree with you...until I read that...im sorry to disappoint you but nb tanks were great so far I did all hm raids as main/ot with ease and not a single struggle at all...so pls stop spreading personal opinion as being the general opinion...also this game is meant to have the unique "play the way you want" so all classes must be able to provide for every role within a basic parameter...right now they completely removed this from nb...no tank out there can be viable without a solid self heal and provide 100% group support(yes cuz that's how tanks in eso works for those who dont know...we aren't supposed to be walking mountains...no we must be DDs buff !@#$%)...oh well the rest I agree...nb got no real blowback on PVE side except the minor berserk which should be provided by healers(time to wake up and L2P...ur time has finally come so stop sleeping with ur head on springs button and do something useful.) and pvp wise...idk but seems people to like to copy/paste alcast/Gilliam and other random people builds...instead of experimenting with stuff and they would be amazed of the overperformance...yes stamblade ganker wont be the same...now its no longer for the common folk...but the change of other sets its spicy and im sure it will be really fun...I never play magblade though so im not sure how affected it is...could be far worse...could be nothing so I cant say on that matter.Of course, everything I stated here applies only if you're a DD. I like how basically the argument is;
“Don’t worry other people are around to fix the classes shortcomings.”
Like if a NB is trying to solo a public dungeon or world boss, they can magically make healers and tanks appear.
Can you imagine if this was flipped around to PvP players? Hey don’t worry about being ganked, a dk will be nearby to pull the attacker off you, so your fine as is!

gankblade nerf?...
nah ppl are QQuing becuz lets be honest nightblades got f!cked big time.
I personally don't care about the major defile or the major fracture nerf.
But taking away grim focus minor berserk and the minor endurance and also their only burst heal , is a crime.(meanwhile DK burst heal got buffed lmao)
I feel like they just want the class dead or something idk what's on their mind when it comes to balancing.

You don't need those buffs in overland content anyway. Do you apply Minor Berserk on your Sorcerer when entering a Public Dungeon?
Don't make arguments based on overland content. It can be done without any skills.
