I understand that things can get a little heated in the forums sometimes, people are frustrated and for good reason, but to completely shut off any further discussion about the issue will only make people more frustrated and gives the image that you just don't care that much or just don't want to hear anymore about it. Instead of what feels like automated responses to an issue that a lot of people car about, try interacting with us a bit more. Talk to us, let us know whats going on, not just a repeating message that you're looking into it.

1) Is Bethesda Game Studios aware of any of the Elder Scroll Online (ESO) support threads (or support ticket issues), or is that entirely left up to ZeniMax Media?
2) Has Bethesda Game Studios issued any statements regarding ZeniMax Media Online Support (ZOS) staff's handling of Elder Scrolls Online customer support issues either general or specific in scope?

Reinmard✭✭✭Yeah, I ve completed all the able quests, and I have the achievement, I must say, with active I mean I can talk to her, but she sais to go to the cathedral of course, where she is bugged, but she is "active" in both halls, you can actually talk to her too, its at the stairs before the door.0

I have had this issue for 4 of the last 6 days. I just logged in, and the Groundskeeper is working for me!
Something changed server side, not sure what (my computer was still logged in to the character select screen).0 -
Correction, the very next part, closing the east and west portals, is bugged for us all. HAHAHAHA0
