Hey Devs - Just go ahead and Delete Nightblade Class.

✭Dont really know what all this hate is about. Nightblades were top in pve and pvp and are now just more equal to other classes.
PvE wise they lost minor berserk but gained a unique debuff on surprise attack to reduce resistences even more.
PvP wise stamblades are still strong and the tradeoff from defile to mangle isnt a nerf at all. Mangle gets really effective the more health your target got. And at 20k health the 10% already are 2k less health.
Lost of Minor endurance. Invest some more into Recovery, its not like you already get 15% more Recovery with passives anyway No?
Also you got minor Vulnerability now wich is even more damage increase due to recent changes to Vulnerability calculation.
Fear. Lost snare and Main but fears Up to 6!!! Targets and locks them in place. You still get main by your Shadow wich now even deals increased damage on stam builds.
Drain power simply buffed.
So in general you lost mainly minor berserk but got minor Vulnerability. Its bound to a pvp skill but also remember, nbs dont need to slot an armor buff compared to other classes and still get it. :P
In pve, oh no. 8% less dps while being the number 1 dps class for 2 years now.... Zeni pls delete the class, its useless

They still run all over Tamriel in every form and still can do a very nice portion of DPS...

Give some facts on WHY it is *** now.
Lost major fracture?
- PvE, there is a tank for this debuff and you can now reduce resistences even further with the unique debuff
- PvP, you saying your 13k-16k tooltip isnt enough and needs major fracture in addition to even tickle someone? Really?
Lost minor berserk?
- PvP, you gained Minor Vulnerability wich is even stronger due to recent Vulnerability Changes
- PvE, your healer doesnt use combat prayer? No?
Lost minor endurance?
- PvP, just put one Recovery glyph instead of weapon damage, not really a big Deal.... Come in
- PvE, you already got the best sustain out of all dps, i think you can handle 10% less Recovery
Lost snare and main on Fear?
- PvP, you can now fear Up to 6 targets and lock them in place. Thats a CC for 6 players. Jesus. Minor Maim still comes from shadow wich deals now increased damage on stam builds
- PvE.....
So, some damage nerfs here and there but nothing that rips this class and make it unplayable. Will still be a high tier pve/pvp class5 -

You forgot the Dark Cloak nerf. While I main a mageblade (and a Mageblade Argonian to boot)...
Literally not one thing in there makes her any worse than what she already is. Some of those things actually made her better. It's going to be hard, because if I get the hang of Necro... I'm prolly just gonna main them both. But other NB mainers?

damn so I was generous with my math when I said the max it can get with all effects is 2300/s...cuz that's what a tank needs when taking 30k hits every 2 seconds...a self heal that can heal up to 2300 per second for 8 seconds! good job zos...u forced me back to stamblade...and then u didn't forget to also gut the dps aspect as well...well good for you...not giving up and il still make it work.1 -

My insults were (and are) intelligible, and my comprehension is strong. You however are either unwilling or unable to back up your stance by experiencing it.
Over the years I have raged and railed against class and skill changes Zeni has made. The difference is that I always tested them rather than reacting to text without actually experiencing the impact on my gameplay. Yes I formed assumptions based on the patch notes before testing, sometimes my assumptions were confirmed, sometimes not. Sometimes I needed to make minor changes to return to my pre-change performance.

Fyi. I have tested tanking Nightblade without The Burst Heal. Have you? I doubt it. I have tanked Nightblade from the very launch of this game. Have you? I doubt it.

NB still is one of the best DPS class in the game, but keep on the tears if U will, wont change much since ZOS is doing a decent job balancing the game for the very first time!
