Unlootable and missing mobs/beasts

Ok, this problem started yesterday for me when I was suddenly told my ip address had changed. Not sure if that's the cause but thought it was worth mentioning.

I have a lvl13 & lvl21characters in AD. My lvl13 character can see and kill enemies but there is nothing to loot. They are unlootable. Same thing w/ my lvl21 char in Auridon yesterday but when I went to Grahtwood everything seemed normal.

Today I get on my lvl13 char and still can not interact w/ any enemies I've killed. I went ahead and tried Daughter of Giants quest and same thing. Unlootable. So I get on my lvl21 char and go to Grahtwood and now there seems to be zero beasts in the forest to kill. I don't see a single one.

Any thoughts? I've tried logging in/out, fast travel, ect. Nothing seems to work.

Update: Finally got my lvl21 char to have beasts/enemies appear in Grahtwood again. Just kept logging in/out and switching to other characters. Unfortunately my lvl13 still doesn't seem to be able to loot killed enemies in Auridon.

I'm also experiencing the same issue with my character in Auridon. Can kill enemies, but can't loot them. Tried reloading ui and restarting the game a couple of times, but can't get it to work properly. Any advice?

I know that under level mobs will not drop loot or xp. Are those monsters by any chance under level?

Ha, it seems you were right. Can't believe I didn't think of that. I was a level 10, killing level 5 enemies. During this time I had leveled up to 11, that must have been the moment I couldn't loot them anymore. Can't believe I didn't make the connection between my character's level and the no-loot problem. Thanks for your help.
