Hall of the Lunar Champion will be free as a reward and has some cool features to it.

This one would like a property with outside space other than stone and rocks.

The properties this one has seen are very nice but very … solid - both inside and outside.

Somewhere is needed to grow just a little sugar yes.

The Hall of the Lunar Champion has plenty of outside space. While the base house is just one central stone chamber, it has 3 unique wings that can be expanded through gameplay, by earning special tablets that you place on pedestals inside the room.

On the PTS you can already unlock the base house and one of the three extra wings, check your bag on a max level template. You get three items (which you'll normally obtain through gameplay). One collectible to unlock the house, then placing one stone tablet in the house unlocks the ability to open up wings, and placing the second stone tablet unlocks the first wing.

The first wing takes you to a stone overlook surrounded by grassy rocks, trees and waterfalls, that looks down to the halls of the colossus entrance (while you can see the sea below you, you'll get eaten by slaughterfish is you fall into it and you'll be blocked by invisible walls if you try to reach the dock in the water, so the sight is just for a pretty background). That said, the stone overlook is spacious, with several stone columns and more than enough space for several of the new crown store statues and fountain (while the normal elsweyr furniture can't be obtained yet, there are currenty two elsweyr-themed furniture packs in the crown store).

The remaining two wings of the Hall will be unlocked through further gameplay, seemingly in Q3 and Q4 updates... (or sooner, nothing is certain) I'm not sure how I feel about that. Getting the hall (still a large room) for free through gameplay is great, and the idea to unlock wings in a house as you progress is unique. But I'd rather it wasn't timegated if possible...

Hope this helps dispel some worries Both Jode's Embrace and the Hall of the Lunar Champion will have an outside space. Although I do agree that both seem to be large homes (HotLC is 700 slots, JE will probably have less) . Even though I saw several cute medium and small sized Khajiit buildings in the city, those are just for NPCs and we only get the chance to live in the Sugar Bowl inn room, the unique expandable hall, or the Jode's Embrace home.
