Reflective Plate - snare and immobilize immunity duration

Why snare and immobilize immunity from Reflective Plate lasts only 2 seconds while the immunity from Forward Momentum and new Race Against Time lasts for 4 seconds?
Reflective Plate lost most of it's functionality, so at least bring the duration in line with other similar abilities.
