Should I Still Use Relentless Focus on my Stamblade in PvP Open World and BGS?

No more minor beserk or 10% recovery and it also a few patches ago obtained that brief travel delay and 1/2 stam on each use. I don't know. A lot of other things seem at least equally appealing and I'm at a stretch for bar space.

✭✭✭✭I only ever used this as a damage buff in PvP, so I won't be using it anymore. Combined with the 25% damage reduction on Snipe I'm not sure I'll be using my stamblades in PvP anyway. All they seem good for now is jumping out and scaring people.
