Extract Gems Using Extract All Button Missing/Not working

So I wasted all my Ouroboros Crown Crates putting them into Gems, I noticed I got no gems from the poisons at all, still at 66 when I started. Is this a bug? will I get gems from bought crown crates? Im worried now not sure if I should buy them or not. can anyone help me? all the poisons are gone and I got no gems from them..
