I play it the hard way and save for that lovely village quest in coldharbor wich even non vampire love to call broken and yet ive been able to complete ive NEVER found my fire weakness to be gimping me.
If as a khajiit i can endure fire... i can certainly endure it even better as a dark elf or a breton. Thus the crying on the fire weakness is unjustified.
Note: Im not backing my math with anything because to be honest i cant but i can tell you that after having recommanded some fire resist to a certain player he didnt actualy suffer as much in the 8 fire mob village and managed to get his quest done. This may not cover 100% of the weakness but it still makes your life easyer and anyone who tried can tell the differance.
What's a 'reasonable' price? And also, I remember you from the Bethsoft forums before release. (:Put fire resistance on your jewelry. Problem solved.
I'd even sell you some nice Enchants at reasonable prices.

I will try to get betetr at the game and pay better attention to boss cues, believe me when I say I'm not as terrible as it may seem, It's just something about me, I can't tell when the boss is about to do her attack, it all just blends in together and becomes a giant blur of fire and lava to my eyes.
