I’m just not sure about the direction they’re going with the class changes so waiting to make decisions about my toons. When notes are up, even if they’re subject to change, I’ll have a good idea of their thinking and views. Tooltip values are less important.

Not usually a closed test. Go ahead and download the PTS.

Any closed testing is done at ZOS Island this one would think and long before they are ready to put anything on the PTS.

It has been a 'closed' test everytime so far with a new chapter...

The new chapter PTS should be up on Monday for you to test it out yourself. They have even announced twitch giveaways to streamers who are streaming PTS on Monday, so the signs are pointing towards Monday release for certian. What I am not sold is what I thought I read where Gina promised to release the Patch Notes early but lets be honest... over the last year, we have been lied to and mocked quite often by Community Team. I wouldn't count on anything early but who knows, surprises do happen.

However I would imagine that you would safe to assume that Elswyer will be on PTS Monday. I am with you, I cannot wait to test out the Necromancer as well. HYPE HYPE

Would very much like to read the patch notes before Monday.

Calling it an overhaul is a bit of a stretch, but yes, we're going to try to get something published this week. It may get pushed to early next week, though, depending on how quickly we can get the information down on "paper".

I missed the stream, what did they say about NDA and PtS access?

It was mentioned in the stream that those who haven't been on PTS for previous chapters will need to wait for an invite to be emailed out. I never receive marketing emails from ZOS despite being signed up for them, so I hope this invite reaches everyone - I am very eager to jump on and test out Elsweyr.

@ZOS_GinaBruno are you able to provide clarification on this invite and access to PTS?

They also said there was an NDA on the zone's main quest (besides the first quest), but everything else (side quest, zone sceneries, dungeons, necromancer, etc.) will be free to show, so you should have plenty to discover and read via streamers and PTS players.
