So, I've had this issue even in beta and no matter what I do I can not seem to get it to stop. Whenever I'm walking around in the world of Tamriel and I move my camera to look or turn my character in a direction the camera will jerk around the screen, sometimes quite violently. If I turn left the camera will jerk to the right and up and vice versa. Here is what I've done to try to fix it:

Reset mouse DPI to default settings.
Updated mouse driver.
Used a different mouse.
Turned Vsync off in game and on on my computer.
Readusted the graphics settings using 2 tools to an optimized setting for my PC.
Cleaned both my mouse and flat surface mouse pad.
Uninstalled the 3rd party software that came with my logitech gaming mouse.
Unplugged all non-essential hardware from my laptop (Only mouse, keyboard, and headphones left).
Tried playing the game at different resolutions.
Turned off the enhanced pointer thingy in control panel.

I seriously have no clue what to do and I can generally ignore it, but when the mouse jerks so violently my character turns all the way around and I fall from things or die in combat because of firing off a spell in the opposite direction of my opponent it get's extremely frustrating. I have never had this issue in a game before and any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated!
