Necromancers will be the same. They look powerful now.... but I bet they won't be that way by the end of the PTS cycle. The devs want people to buy the new dlc for the new class, but won't make them over powered. I think most people scream P2W simply because they are looking for an excuse to moan or to find a reason not to buy the new dlc.

I seriously doubt you will have as much P2W discussion this go around considering most of that garbage was driven by two popular "content creators". One of the two buried their templar, went to rehab, and quit the game. The other works for the company now. Without these two popular mouth pieces, I seriously doubt the P2W crowd will be as loud since they do not have anyone reputable on their side. Don’t get me wrong, the P2W will still be present but they are present with everything. Wedding Dress goes on sale in the crown store? P2W! New polar bear pet introduced? P2W!

The story of my character demands to be a vampire, but beyond that there are no real restrictions. I think, that i would make it Dunmer. They are the kind, that doesn't have much moral standards on stuff. Also i would rather call it Death Knight, because all of my characters are heavy armor. Chance to make a necro is heavily dependent on how much the qeue gets fixed, and even more on how good it can tank.

We do what must be done to save Tamriel. Defile the fallen, and deny death itself if must be.

Well, I'm not sure if I will buy Elsweyr chapter, so on my part this is purely hypothetical situation.

I know I enjoy stam DD playstyle over mag DD, so I'd make a stamcro. To fit the playstyle, I think bosmer would be my choice. Now, bosmers are known for eating their victims, so it would not fit, directly at least - so I would make my character a little eccentric. My first thoughts on bosmer necromancer is "playing with food" and so, a little unstable bosmer stuck on childlike behaviour playing with his/her food.

On the looks: I would use jester personality and cadwell's weapon style as the basis on the looks. Maybe the jester's festival facepaint would complement the whole idea and then playing with grim harlequin style and maybe mix other styles in it.
