Is anyone else still opening empty containers sometimes?

It's been like this for a couple a months; where you'd open a container like the crafting reward box or the jubilee box and it's an empty container. The only way I could get to the box's contents was to log in and out.
I hoped yesterday's patch would've fixed it but it hasn't it seems. I had to log in and out twice in order to get my rewards to show - just seems to be random at the moment, whether or not I have to do this.

✭✭✭✭✭I find that sometimes I get the contents, but the container doesn't disappear. When I relog, the issue solves itself like you describe. If you can, double check to see if the container was actually looted and the items are in your inventory/bag. I see this quite often. I have never just plain opened a container that was completely new and gotten nothing at all though.1 -

✭Check your Addons. Some Addon's as installed automatically take what's in the reward coffers/Jubilee boxes and put it in your Craftbag or Inventory for you. That is their installation Default.

Yeah, these are completely new containers. I hand in all my writs and the containers I receive are empty. Logging in and out usually gets me them so it's not the end of the world lol just inconvenient.
