What should I do next?

So firstly I'm weird in mmos, when I do a lot of content I usually get bored and make a new ult. Issue is when I make a new ult I oddly have to repeat the same content again on that character before I move to new stuff. After years of doing the same things over and over I'm ready to move to something new!!! Finally found a character to stick to.

Just curious based on the below (these are the only things I've done over and over) what's your thoughts on what I may enjoy the most? (I do have all chapters and content).

Daggerfall covenant - really I was the most engaged in the story and the lands. This was the first thing I did in the game and truly was the happiest playing. Loved the characters and side quests.

Aldmeri domain - I found the main story to be to political, I thought the landscape got extremely boring very fast. I thought some side quests were really fun however. The land and main story though I found dull.

Thieves guild - story I was really into, liked the land a lot even though it was small. The passive skills are awesome. The needing to level skill line to do next quest was rather annoying but rewarding in gold so kind of a nice perk I thought.

Wrothgar - loved start to finish in nearly every aspect. The story I found very engaging and a true suspense. The side quests and main ones really had me wanting more.

Based on the little content I did what would you think is a good next step to finally get to?

I'd continue the chapter stories in order. They make the most sense that way.
    Wrothgar
    Morrowind
    CWC
    Summerset
    Murkmire

There's another thread which covers much the same sort of ground, and you can read my thoughts there.
The priorities for me are to pickup some useful stuff along the way to make everything else easier, i.e.:
    • fast mount speed, a bit of mount stamina, and then lots of mount bag space (one part per day)
    • Persuade and Intimidate passives to allow skipping some quest steps
    • Legerdemain (maxed) to allow forcing chests open quickly - useful in WGT and I just like looting treasure chests
    • swiftly forgotten and leniency (Thieves guild) passives to reduce and avoid paying bounties
    • lots of forged pardons and leniency vouchers from Thieves guild - for all the quests and activities (even during special events) that get you bounties
    • Shadowy Rider passive to let you just ride past trash mobs without having to fight your way through
    • Psijiic skill line to allow looting portals
    • Undaunted passives to give some bonus stats
    • Lots of skill points for all the passives (and crafting skills) that I always need
The Vvardenfell zone and quest line is my favorite, but you can do the DLCs and expansions in their original order so that the teasers at the end of each zone make more sense. Keep in mind that Elsweyr is also coming out soon!

You didn't mention the Pact quest line.

My first successful character completed all 3 alliance quest lines to get Cadwels Silver and Gold - an arduous task but one I'm proud to have accomplished.

I agree that Wrothgar was the most enjoyable DLC zone as far as quests go. I've completed Vvradenfell, Murkmire, Summerset, CWC, TG, DB and Murkmire quest lines only once each but on different toons. Doing them all on one character would have been a bit tedious, at least I had lots characters to choose from.

I've also completed Craglorn on a couple, which isn't too bad - a lot easier now than it used to be.

You can always go achievement hunting, find ALL skyshards, get the Adventurer achievements, get Master Angler, etc - these also require you to venture into Cyrodiil, There's no shortage of choices.

Murkmire might be your cup of tea. As you imply it all has fun stuff, but some you might enjoy more than others.

Agreed, make sure you do craglorn with your friends sometime

If you are playing a stealth character go in this order.
    Wrothgar
    Thieves Guild
    Dark Brotherhood
    Morrowind
    Clockwork City
    Summerset
    Murkmire

The reason I say do thieves guild before Dark Brotherhood is because it is a lighter story before you escalate to becoming part of an assassin death cult
