Unable to Log In To ESO Support Website

Every time I attempt to log in to the ESO Support website with my credentials, it keeps spitting back at me "Login Failed". What's going on? I am trying to check an active ticket for an update and would appreciate some assistance figuring out what's going on.
If you can't handle the heat...stay out of the kitchen!
