i have asked in numerous threads.. searched many sub forums and i cannot find anything mentioning wings being changed to 50% dmg reduction, or NB losing minor berserk.. the only places i have heard of these changes are from people making threads to complain about it.. can someone link where it shows these changes in writing please? the only thing i can find is the update 22 thread but it doesnt mention any of the above changes

Sorry I don't have the link, but information on the prospective wings change was buried over an hour into a video made by a guy who streams the game. I haven't seen his name before so I don't recall who he was, but from what I could gather he is someone who was invited by ZOS to playtest (probably Necromancer).2 -
